Totally PLEASANT stay in September 2007. Good value, everything is good. Incredible location with an underground station near the hotel.

Spacious and quiet with a nice terrace where you can chill 😊. the room had a balcony, a spot to dine, and some storage space. Plus, it's conveniently located close to the metro station.

The rooms here are nice and the bathrooms are good. the location is fantastic, making it easy to hop on the metro or grab a taxi 🚕.

The staff service was secons to none and outstripped that of the other, better known Istanbul hotels in which I've stayed. Corner room was great, and although it faced onto the main street, I didn't notice any noise coming from below.

Many taxis don't know the place, which could pose problems for those new in the city.

Nice spacious corner room upgrade for free. Very polite and helpful staff, even for extraordinary questions. Calm, clean, elegant - generally high standard. I liked the lcoation, 10mintes walk from Taksim and some interesting streets around.

Rather noisy from the street side when window open. Could be a little more functional: hangers, shower. breakfast buffet is not very impresing but decent.

Only room service - this was prompt but less than half page of menu!

Room service closes at 10:30 pm. If you arrive a bit late, you can't have anything in the hotel. Not even a cup of coffee. There was no arrangement in the room to make your own tea. Breakfast was a joke. I moved to another hotel after 2 days which is 2/3rd of the price and 100 times better than Bentley. Never go there, again.

Modern, clean room with helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great location for conference at the military museum. If it is good enough for the pope, it is good enough for me!

Internet access in the room was spotty at first, then improved. Had to restart laptop to reconnect to internet each time my computer 'slept'. It is a busy area so there are lots of traffic noise, but I think this would be the case anywhere in Istanbul - it is a busy, large city!

Great location, close to a historical mosque we wanted to visit. 🕌 It was really convenient to get there from this place.

concierge service was excelelnt, ranging from booking restaurants, getting directions and giving advice on transportation and so on.

I enjoyed my time at this place, it was perfect and hospitable, especially because it is situated in a famous area which was absolutely perfect for me.

The hotel has excellent environment and nice rooms.The housekeeping and the breakfast served is excellent.We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.Looks like a home away from home.

Stayed in a Floor Suite, clean and nicely decorated. Fresh breakfast.

Maintenance is somewhat lacking, breakfast could be more assorted. Lobby is not very cosy. A bit too far from Taksim, though taxi is cheap and you can go around by foot.

The hotel is clean and ideal with modern rooms. the staff is friendly and helpful. - the location in the heart of Istanbul is perfect, with the Istanbul Congress Center nearby. - the on-site restaurant offers delicious dinner options. - I stayed here for 7 nights and had a fantastic experience.
